Has my order shipped? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site to check your orders status. We also will email you when your order ships. You will get a shipped email automatically from our website. As well you will get another email from stamps.com with your tracking # if you are in the USA. If you are out of the USA, your custom # will be sent in the same manner - only express packages out of the USA will have tracking. | |

How do I know what the color #s mean? |

Each item will have a color chart link on its page, or an actual color chart. Each # correlates with a color shade. (1 = black). See the samples with the #s describing them to know what shade you like. If you have issues with the color charts, just email us for help! | |
How long does a refund take to post on my out of stock item? |
|
It can take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show, if an item you ordered was out of stock, and we have refunded your card. It doesn't actually take up to 60 days to issue the refund. We refund it when we discover it to be out of stock, or when the rest of your items ship if the rest of the order was in stock. It can take up to 60 days for you to receive the statement that shows the refund. A billing cycle is one month (because you get a new statement every month). The reason that we say 1-2 billing cycles, is that we don't know when your credit card statement closes. For example- If we process your refund on February 28 and your billing cycle ends on March 4, then you will see the refund on your next statement when it arrives in March. However, another example could be- If we process the refund on February 28 but your billing cycle ended on February 26, then it is part of the next billing cycle. The next cycle will close in late March and it will appear on the statement that you receive in April. Either way, the refund would be on your account. There is simply a time delay before you see it on a statement. If your credit card provides online access for your account, then you will see the credit as soon as your credit card company posts it to your account- which can easily be a week after we post the refund. |

I know the item and color I want- is this item in stock? |

Items depicted on our site are not guaranteed to be in stock, we display all items and colors made for each item the manufacturer produces. Our site does not feature a "real time" stock count, which, due to shipments arriving each day, and items selling out each day, would be impossible. If your item is out of stock, and could not arrive in the time stated herein, the charge on your card would be voided or refunded, with no fees, of course. The items we show on our overstock page however, are in our office and ready to ship out to you the day after you place your order. | |
What size is my head, and where do I pick the wig size? |

This means ALL wigs on our website are average sized, unless stated petite or large or otherwise. Also- the petite section and the large section is found on our menu, under wigs, on the left side of website. Please navigate to those sections if you find an average wig wont fit you. If you cant find the large or petite department, please email us for the direct link. Most wigs have a Velcro or eye hook adjustment tab that allows you to increase or decrease size, to about 1/2 inch smaller or larger. |

How do I find my product? |

Click the type of item you desire, and from there you will be given options to narrow your search (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box on the top left of website. How do I use a coupon? Or Store Credit? |

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. It says, "Apply Coupon". Just enter the code and then click the apply button. If you have a return, and were issues store credit thru email, with the next order you place, its automatically deducted. | |
How many coupons or promos are applicable to an order? |

Only one coupon or promo may be applied per order. Coupons may not be used for Overstock, Wholesale Products, Wig of the Week, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Tony of Beverly brand items, or any item that is already on sale or clearance. |
