Order Status
When will I get my order?
  Ground and Express time frames are explained on our shipping link. Please see the top of the site, and click the store policy link. It will give you the time frames for your order based on the delivery method you chose at checkout. Also, when you completed the checkout, you had chosen express or ground, and signed that you had read the process time for both- please note process time alone for ground can be 1-2 weeks.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site to check your orders status. We also will email you when your order ships.  You will get a shipped email automatically from our website. As well you will get another email from stamps.com with your tracking # if you are in the USA. If you are out of the USA, your custom # will be sent in the same manner - only express packages out of the USA will have tracking.
I placed my order a couple days ago. But it has yet to ship!
  Please read the website store policy link at the top of each page of our site and see our shipping info page. Ground orders take on average of 10-14 business days to get. (14 business days= three weeks) Your ground order can easily process for two weeks before it ships and arrive to you on the third week, being 14 business days. We do offer express if time is of the essence, for some but not all items, if your item can go express, the option for express will be on that items page, under the color selection box. When you placed your order, you chose either express or ground, with our time frame displayed, and you needed to sign the page you had read such- we do this so that there is no confusion with our process and delivery times.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site to see if your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped you may track it in the USA with the email sent to you thru stamps.com. International orders will receive a custom # but your can not be tracked unless you have ordered express shipping with tracking.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please email us if you need to change your order, and we can discuss this change with you. Once you input the order, you cant edit it on our website.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site to see if your order has yet shipped. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Not all orders will show tracking, most times the tracking is emailed direct from stamps.com. If your order shows shipped, and its been longer than a week in the USA, please contact customer service for assistance. Please also note our shipping link at the top of each page of our website. If you did not order express, be sure the time frame of 14 days has been considered for ground delivery in the USA.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top center of our site to view order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. One of your items may be on backorder, or, if not available, you may have been refunded for it. We can confirm this with you if you simply email us. Also, the info on any backorder or refunded item will show online, in the order history and possibly the notes section.
